Delete your account

Open Settings in the Trigger AI app and choose account deletion. The app asks you to confirm, then deletes your account and the data connected to it as described below.

Already uninstalled the app? You can request deletion by email instead. Write to the address on the Support page with the subject line “Privacy Request”, from the email address on the account so we can verify the request is yours.

• Deleted: your account record and sign-in identifiers, your email address, everything you logged — meals, ingredients, symptoms — your photographs and the data derived from them, and the associations the app generated.
• Anonymized: purchase records we keep as financial records have their identifiers removed so they can no longer be linked to you, and are kept for [7] years.
• Outside our reach: entries the app wrote to Apple Health live on your device under Apple’s controls. We cannot delete them remotely — remove them in the Apple Health app.

The anonymized-records description and bracketed windows on this page are placeholders pending owner confirmation.

• Production systems: deletion completes within [30] days of the request.
• Backups: deleted copies age out of backups within [90] days.

Deletion is performed by a server-side deletion function that already exists in production. It removes your records across the database and file storage — it does not depend on the app being installed on your device.
